Sarah Perry is an attorney at Weil & Drage with experience in all aspects of complex business litigation matters and complex construction disputes. Sarah provides a full range of transactional and litigation services to her clients, which included small businesses, owners, developers, general contractors, and public agencies. To address the specific needs of her clients, Sarah handles construction defect claims, competitive bidding issues, differing site condition claims, extra work claims, contract negotiation, delay and disruption claims, design professional disputes, mechanics liens, stop payment notices, and employment issues.

Past and present pro bono and volunteer activities include advocacy work for foster children through the Alliance for Children's Rights, advocacy for domestic violence organizations, advocacy for homeless and displaced children, and many years working with numerous animal rescue organizations.
